Naughton Cider Company is the culmination of over two decades of Peter Crawford’s experience in the world of Champagne. Based in Balmerino, North East Fife, Naughton Cider is crafted using a traditional Champagne Method and aged in the finest Champagne barrels. The result is a beautifully complex cider that expresses the true potential and brilliance of the humble apple.

Join us on Saturday 18th April 2026 for an unforgettable multi-course lunch experience at The Glenturret Lalique Restaurant, where fine dining meets world-class cider in a guided tasting hosted in collaboration with Naughton Cider Company.

This bespoke culinary experience will feature a seasonal multi-course menu from Executive Chef Mark Donald, with each course thoughtfully paired with a selection of elegant Champagne-method ciders from Naughton Cider, expertly guided by Peter Crawford himself.

Expect an afternoon of fine dining, storytelling and sensory discovery, celebrating craftsmanship, terroir and cider making when paired at the highest level.
