Please note that we have a 72-hour cancellation policy for all afternoon tea and dinner reservations. Credit card details are required for both and a deposit of £22pp for afternoon tea and £55pp for dinner will automatically be taken from the card provided upon making the reservation. Please confirm your reservation more than 72 hours ahead by telephone or email.
Bookings may be cancelled online and any deposit taken will automatically be refunded, provided you cancel the booking within the required time.
Should you fail to cancel your reservation 72 hours prior to the booking, the £55pp deposit will no longer be refundable.
Due to our small dining capacity, we may have to offer an alternative reservation time if your guest numbers drop within 72hrs, or forfeit the corresponding deposit.
If, however, we manage to resell your table we will provide you with a gift voucher code for the total deposit amount, redeemable against a booking at a future date, valid for 12 months.
ANY ALLERGIES OR DIETARY REQUIREMENTS MUST BE STATED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
Our simple to use on-line reservation system will record any allergens, intolerances and dietary requirements. We can only accommodate these requests when made at the time of booking.
ANY GUESTS WITH SEVERE ALLERGENS ARE KINDLY REQUIRED TO CONTACT RESERVATIONS AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
Gift vouchers cannot be used for reservation deposits. All vouchers are valid for redemption for 12 months from their start date.
