Cancellation Policy - Dinner Reservations

Please note that we have a 72 hour cancellation policy for dinner reservations. redit card details are required upon making your reservation and full prepayment of our dinner menu will automatically be taken from the card provided. We will reconfirm your reservation a minimum of 72 hours prior to your reservation by telephone or email.

Reservations may be cancelled online, and any deposit taken will automatically be refunded, provided you cancel the reservation within the required time. Should you fail to cancel your reservation 72 hours prior to the booking, entire deposit will no longer be refundable.

Due to our limited dining capacity, we may have to offer an alternative reservation time if your guest numbers change within 72 hours of the reservation time. If, however, we manage to resell your table we will provide you with a gift voucher code for the total deposit amount, redeemable against a reservation at a future date, valid for 12 months.

Cancellation Policy - Bar Lunch Reservations

Please note that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy for bar lunch reservations. Credit card details are required upon making the reservation. Reservations may be cancelled online, and any card details taken will automatically be deleted from our secure system, provided you cancel the reservation within the required time.

Should you fail to cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to the booking, a £25.00 cancellation fee per person will be charged. Due to our limited dining capacity, we may have to offer an alternative reservation time if your guest numbers change within 24 hours of the reservation time.

Cancellation Policy - Culinary Stay Experience

Please note that we have a 7-day cancellation policy for your dinner and accommodation experience. Credit card details are required upon making your reservation, and full prepayment of our dinner menu and room rate will automatically be taken from the card provided. We will reconfirm your reservation by telephone or email a minimum of 7 days before your reservation.

Dietary Requirements

Any allergies or dietary requirements must be stated at the time of booking.

Our online reservation system will record any allergens, intolerances and dietary requirements. We can only accommodate these requests when made at the time of booking.

Guests with severe allergies are kindly required to contact reservations at the time of booking.

Children

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate infants or babies within the bar and restaurant.

Children aged 12 years and above are welcome to dine with us.

Please note that we do not offer a children's menu and require all younger guests to dine from the same menu as the adults.
